All our products are brand new masterpieces in terms of fit and comfort, with no discrepancies in fit. The product you receive will be the same as displayed on our platform and in the product images.
Sizes are true to the original, with some being one-third the original. There is no difference between the original and one-third size, regardless of the size displayed.
Delivery to door via SMSA shipping from outside the UK: If the customer receives a message from the shipping company asking them to pick up the product at a branch, they must contact the shipping company and provide more accurate information. If the order is “processing,” we cannot make any modifications or cancellations, as the warehouse is already preparing it. Any changes at this stage will cause shipping and delivery delays and affect the processing of other orders. A customs duty of 15-35 riyals will be charged for each product received.
When ordering multiple items, each item will be shipped separately.
