To track your order through the SMSA app, please follow the steps below.
Download the SMSA app from the App Store or Google Play.
Log in using the mobile phone number you used to order.
Enter the verification code you received via SMS.
After logging in, go to the “View Your Shipment” section. Shipments will appear as either Helal Store or BLA. 5. If your order was placed through the local app, due to an app glitch, we updated the shipment to “Shipped,” and the order will immediately show as delivered. Simply follow the steps above to display the shipment information.
Note: After your order status changes to “Shipped,” it may take 1-3 days for the shipment status to be reflected or updated in the app. Shipments originating from countries other than the country of origin are subject to customs processing. This can sometimes cause delays beyond our control, but we are constantly monitoring the situation to ensure timely delivery.
