Exchanges and returns are accepted within one day of shipment.
Required: 1. The product must be in pristine, unused condition, with all tags intact and in its original packaging. We will inspect the product first and do not accept returns of used or damaged products. 2. Customers are responsible for shipping costs for exchanges or returns. Please note that all products are imported from outside the UK.

  2. Refunds are only for returned products; other costs such as shipping are not refundable. 5. If the product has a manufacturing defect, the store will cover all shipping costs. However, please note that defects (sewing and glue) are not considered manufacturing defects. 6. Exchange or Refund Method: After the customer pays the policy amount, the policy will be collected and shipped to the customer. After printing the policy, customers must mail it to their nearest SMSA branch and secure it in a cardboard box before shipping to protect it.
  3. Refunds will be processed upon receipt of the product. Payment will be transferred within two to three weeks of receipt. Due to shipping costs and other factors, we do not offer exchanges or returns outside of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Please confirm your size before ordering.
